As I became more familiar with our state politics, I realized that the core values of our solidly conservative state are slipping away. The very values that made Wyoming what it is and afforded me the opportunities that I had to be self-reliant and successful are becoming increasingly clouded. I wholeheartedly believe that these values must be restored in our state government. I have been blessed by conservative republican values, and the least I can do for the people of District 20 and the State of Wyoming is to use my years of experience to restore these conservative values. Wyoming is like no place on Earth; I'll work to keep it that way.
The state of Wyoming, including Sublette and Lincoln counties, have been good to my family and I. The people of this area have been very supportive of our accomplishments here in many areas of our lives.
I will stand strong & defend our
1st Amendment - Our freedoms of religion, speech, press, assembly, and to petition the government are God-given and must be held in the highest esteem.
2nd Amendment - This right protects all the other rights we enjoy as Americans and requires constant vigilance to keep it from being weakened.
American Values - I firmly believe in the right to life, personal responsibility, private property rights, and love of country.
Limited Government - A small and limited government should have few regulations and low taxes. It should promote and defend personal freedom and responsibility, not stifle it.
Multiple Use of Our Lands - We have the ability and obligation to manage and improve our natural resources so they not only succeed but flourish.
